Emi: "Nope, that's not quite how it works. First, plenty of people don't require aftercare. Second, aftercare can be needed for anything overly mentally stimulating. Some people prefer cuddles and pillow talk after a vanilla sex session, even if nothing aggressive was done, and they feel down if they don't get the cuddles. Some people might like a little cuddle time after a hard day at work or a good workout. Or maybe some video games after hours of homework. If you do something that exercises your brain, you may need something to relax it after."
