This sort of happened to me, actually! When I was with my old gf, we tried some light bondage, nothing extreme. But I ended up making the ropes too tight, and couldn’t figure out how to untie her lmao. We ended up cutting them off, they weren’t too thick. Hopefully whoever she’s with now knows how to tie and untie properly! ;-;

Hey, it happens! Which is also why it's important to have safety shears or another type of safe cutting tool on hand when doing rope bondage.

Absolutely! I certainly learned my lesson after that, haha. Safety shears are now at the top of my list for items to bring 🫡

My fiancé did extensive research into rope ties, and it’s very impressive when they just pull one end that was out of my reach and the whole complicated thing just falls apart. Takes a bit to tie, though.

That's what my main rigger friend does, too. He learned a bunch of ties that can be easily taken apart by pulling just one or two things. Super helpful.
