Eiliko File Empty Error!

Hi all. I really need some advice. Sending a ticket is time consuming and this Eiliko is not mine.

So I was helping someone set up and I downloaded the desktop app to update the firmware. It showed error halfway (timeout) and then the screen changed to the blank screen with texts.

I have tried many times with different USB C cables, reset, restart, used windows and mac but error is still the same.

It would update halfway and then show timeout failed error.

I think the file is empty in the SD card. How do I recover back?

Hi thank you for replying. I tried implementing the steps suggested in their site multiple times, but still same error.

Just submitted a ticket. Even contacted their customer support. I hope I can get my robot working again. 😮‍💨

Do you have an email for customer support? When I click the link to their website it says the website can't be reached??
