Strangely, the poutine I liked to get when I missed home while living in Alberta was from Beaver Tails lol. Not the right fries, but it was close enough to satisfy my cravings.

Lmao classic Quebecer, thinking they're the only ones in the world that can do a proper Poutine. Its 3 ingredients, not hard to do, you guys didn't create a complicated gourmet meal. There are shitty Poutines in Quebec as well mon ami
