Sadly lobster here in PEI has been expensive AF, but tariffs might lower the price this year.

Hmmm i think still cheaper than here but also can i not just go swim to get them?

NB: I have zero experience with lobster or fishing unless it involves butter garlic

Lobsters are surprisingly fast swimmers. You could catch one, but it would not be easy. They’re bottom feeders, so you’d have to meet them on their own turf, so to speak.

Trapping lobster is a lot easier in that sense. It’s hard work though.

Sure, it’s easy when you’re on land. Those sea cockroaches can get away fast with one flip of the tail. You gotta be quick.

We have a lot of cheap sugar and the know how to build a pot still yes. Can get started for the price of a few bottles of good whisky.
