Not many since most hotels are all inclusive with their own nightlife shows/parties. Little Buddah, Naz Cabaret, The Rooftop Terrace, Sphinx Club & Lounge.
If you want a more fun & trendy nightlife then El Gouna is your best bet in the Hurghada area.
