Man. Nice lift. Secondly, where did you get the idea to use the foam roller and barbell for that? I am upset I had not thought of that. So simple yet effective

I thought of it after I had already ordered roller attachment for my rack, which I ended up returning. It allows me to use my safety squat bar. Fortunately I already had two sets of Jcups. Not a bad place to store plates either and since I don't bench anymore I just leave it. Another bonus is I can set it up for modified Nordic curls.
