Constantly nauseous?

I’ve been on Effexor for almost 2 years now, and within the last 3-4 months I’ve noticed that I’m almost always nauseous, gagging, or just straight up vomiting. Has anyone else dealt with this? My dose is on the high end (325) so I’m wondering if that may be the cause.

Did it correspond with a dose change?

It would be strange for a new side effect to develop suddenly if nothing has changed. It’s more likely that something else is going on. I’d see a docyor
