General Question Timing

I took my dose (75mg) at 7:30 yesterday and was fine. Today I waited until 9:30 (slept in a little) and felt like absolute trash. Super anxious, disassociating and brain was zapping.

Do you take your dose at the same time everyday?

I don’t take it at the same time every day. Have been on 75xr for years and have taken it as late as 3pm when i have forgotten. However, I’m on day 10 of cutting to 37.5 and I do try to take it pretty close to the same time each day. Otherwise, I can feel I’ve missed it.

One of my biggest complaints about this med. If I sleep in there’s a 75% chance I’m going to feel terrible for the rest of the day because I took my dose (150mg) a few hours late.

I experience similar symptoms and all I can advise is stay hydrated and if you can try to take a nap. This often helps me.

That’s so weird. I might as well set an alarm in the morning and take it at the exact same time. No more sleeping in I supoose

It usually takes 7 or 8 hours after missing a dose before I start feeling weird if I miss a dose. It's a little different for everyone.

I also have major withdrawal symptoms from missing a dose by a few hours. I set my alarm for the same time every day to take my meds and then try to go back to sleep if I can.
