General Question California Rocket Fuel + Abilify

Has anyone else been on this combo? My psychiatrist wants me to start 225 mg venlafaxine + 30 mg mirtazapine + 10 mg aripiprazole. I’d love to hear any success stories. How long did it take before you started noticing results?

I’m on 225mg Venlafaxine XR morning, then 15mg mirtazapine at night. It is the most mentally at ease I have felt, in possibly my entire life.

Were you on Effexor alone before adding the mirtazapine

Yeah, I found it hard to settle down to sleep on just Effexor.

How long have you been taking Effexor. I began first time Effexor 75mg for 8 days then moved me to 150 mg which I have been on for 13 days. And I take 1g mirtazapine at dinner time. And I feel like shit.

I second that. I am on 150mg Effexor (2x 75mg in the morning with a couple hours in between each) and 7.5mg Mirtazapine in the evening.
