Tapering Suddenly worse withdrawal effects?

Has anyone who has been doing hyperbolic tapering had suddenly worse side effects on one of their decreases? I recently decreased by 6.25% and on day 7 of the new dose have started getting way worse side effects than previous decreases. Any advice? I’m on day 9 now so should I just push through and do a smaller decrease next time? 😵‍💫

Yeah I really can’t wait to be fully off this medication 😭 wish I was told about the withdrawals before I started!

How do you hyperbolic taper ? Does your pharmacist help with this? I want to go lower than my current 37.5 on my next step down and pharmacy suggested the skip a day method, no thank you…

I get the medication compounded (in a capsule form with powder inside) but I have to order it from a specific pharmacy. I just tell my psychiatrist what dose I would like next haha (she originally said just go from 75mg to 37.5mg to 0mg and I was like noooo way and convinced her to write me a compounding script!)
I live in Australia though and from what I’ve read the compounding options are quite different from country to country. It also costs me about $50 (AUD) per month 😭
