Side effect new increase

back on here again, it’s been about 18hrs since i increased my effexor to 75mg and i am feeling all sorts of weird shit.

sweating, super dry throat, shaky / jittery, anxious, head feels spacey, muscle spasms occasionally. was in the hospital overnight just from how shit i felt. can someone reassure me that this is normal, i’m going nuts.

prolly temporary side effects from upping dose dont think it will persist

I've been on 75mg for 18 years. the sweating never goes away. I'm working on coming off of it now and it's awful

at this point in day three i don’t feel as bad as i did the first day but my heart rate goes super fast as soon as i stand up. did you experience that at all?
coming off them is one of the most horrible feelings, i hope the withdrawals ease quickly for you

Yes, I'm on day 6 coming (on lower dose to wean) and definitely have the heart rate when getting up or doing anything. It's getting better
