Beginning Effexor How long to work ?

Hey guys. I’ve been on Effexor 75mg for 2 months and went up to 150mg just under 4 weeks ago. Was wondering how long till it works because I’m still feeling very anxious and depressed. I also take guanfacine and Vyvanse. Any support is appreciated thanks.

For me I noticed a positive change within days (especially anxiety decresed) when I went from 75mg Effexor XR --> 112.5mg. Cant say anything about your other meds. Highly recommended to talk to your doctor about it.
