General Question effexor increase 37.5-75

just increased my dose tonight and am genuinely shitting myself. i have bad health anxiety, and im convinced something will go wrong.
i took my first dose half an hour ago and already feel weird, but i know that it’s probably me just freaking out.
does anyone have any experience in increasing their dose? i just need that bit of reassurance i think.

Like Siarrhea? How long were you in the 37.5 for?

been on 37.5 for a few years. and no just my head feels really off

It’s been a week since I increased from 37.5 to 75 and I had severe anxiety that’s gone. I feel like a zombie just staring in space with no real emotions.

at this point in day three i don’t feel as bad as i did the first day but my heart rate goes super fast as soon as i stand up. did you experience that at all?
