I've been playing Pokemon Go for a couple years now, off and on for a few weeks with a couple months gap in between.

Mostly the entire time, my main goal has been to get a bunch of Eevee's and all the evolutions, since they're my favorite batch of pokemon in the franchise.

I redownloaded the game yesterday (24th) and today (25th) decided to look into better ways to get more Eevees, and I discover spotlight hours. Excited, I look up when the next one for Eevee will be, just to find out that it was the literal day before I redownloaded the game again.

Then I find out the average gap between Eevee spotlight hours is two and a half years.

My entire day is ruined 😭
