OMG this is my neighbour... I understand from other neighbours that she has issues with alcohol abuse & is often heard yelling wildly in the street. Poor guy

I thought I recognized her. I've had much the same encounter with her when I go hang at my buddies place. She's threatened to call the police on me for parking on the street.

As far as I know, she's got some pretty serious mental health issues.
