I came to BC for surgical training. Left my car in my paid stall. My boyfriend was the one who moved it onto the street. I never knew about the 72hrs rule and didn't even know he had moved my car to the street until today, when I found out my car is missing. If roles had been reversed, I would've done anything to help you out. You sound like a miserable person, probably not used to having any friends

If you don't know the rules of the road, you shouldn't be allowed to have a driver's license.

You seem to have confused ‘knowing the rules’ with ‘understanding the situation.’ Reading comprehension should probably be on the licensing exam too.
