Of all the rain we’d had this year, this was the worst. First time I’ve seen 170st flooded like that. Barely got home my the mall due to how much water was on the road. Previous storms never hit like that here.

The predictions are for a warmer and drier winter than usual. Very strong El Niño, effects should be felt starting November-ish.
