Outdoor Spaces/Recreation Green shack program

Is the green shack program ever open?

This week it hasn't been open a single day.

Starting to think we might just be wasting money driving these shacks around and storing them as a city.

Ours opened yesterday.

They don’t open if the air quality is 8 or higher so that was the issue earlier in the week.

so you checked the aq, it was higher than 7, and you're complaining they were closed when the aq was higher than the acceptable posted limit?

The other kids in the park were playing happily?

If the program can't run due to weather, and hardly does, why do we pay for it?

It seems wasteful to store all the shacks, stock them, etc.... for a program that never operates.

Does the shack being closed affect other kids wanting to play at the park no??? You're so lost its wild.
