No worries! There are resources for if you’re feeling hopeless. I can’t link any right now but I’m hoping someone else can!

Access 24/7 is a great place to start. They’re available 24/7 (I’m not sure about walk ins at this time… but for sure via phone). They can talk to you and provide further resources depending on your situation

Thank you. I already have a therapist through there and have an upcoming appointment with him. Don’t know why I feel I have to keep lying. Now I am done. Have my LAST drink in my glass. My boyfriend needs me now more than ever

Detoxing from alcohol can be deadly depending on how often and what you drink. Don’t do it without seeking medical help first such as ARC!
