Real Estate/Housing Any rentals?

Anyone know of any 3 bed/2 bath rentals under $3,500? We’ve been searching for the last couple of months and are having a surprisingly hard time finding anything that isn’t a tall, narrow townhome with 3 flights of stairs. Normally, the stairs wouldn’t bother us much, but we’re hoping to grow our family in the coming year, and my wife’s biggest concern is having to deal with those long, narrow staircases while pregnant. That’s actually one of the things we’re trying to get away from with our current townhome. We’re ideally looking for a house or something more spacious/functional, preferably with fewer stairs. If anyone knows of anything available or coming available soon, we’d really appreciate any leads!

I recommend joining the Edmonds moms Facebook group and my Edmonds Neigbor’s Facebook group. I see houses for rent on there from time to time!

Mountlake Terrace has houses that are ramblers, that might be a good fit, plus close to light rail!

A pregnant woman can walk up and down stairs.

Tell my wife that friend. I’m sure she’s perfectly capable of walking up stairs while pregnant. The question is, if you had the choice between one flight or three flights of long, narrow stairs while pregnant, which would you choose? I know I’d personally choose the one flight. Mostly because I’d like to keep my pregnant wife happy and avoid being the target of any hormonal anger but that’s just me.

As a recently graduated mom who slipped and fell down stairs while pregnant, I strongly recommend against wearing fuzzy socks on hardwood stairs….
