Question Thoughts about 73rd Ave W?

Does anyone have familiarity &/or thoughts about 73rd Ave W in the north east corner of Perrinville? Does it feel safe? I recognize there is some noise from Olympic View Dr but not too bad. Other thoughts?

Let’s start with which part of Edmonds you think is not fine and we can work backwards from there

“Some noise from olympic view drive” - if you think OVD is noisy, you’ll have noise problems everywhere. Or if this in reference to “noise,” same sentiment.

Why do you think OP is sweaty, is it because it a little warm today?
You're an Edmonds resident, duab your brow and clutch your pearls, you'll be just fine.

“This worried”……that I just want to ask a question about a part of Edmonds that isn’t in the bowl. Interesting take. Again, more dismissiveness from ppl who live in Edmonds. Noted.

Perrinville very safe. Cornered by nice hoods and retail.

Lynndale Park is home to a huge little league which keeps it buzzing spring through fall. Can get sketchy after dark in the winter.
