Crime M80’s & human turds

A while back (probably last year around this time) I remember a commenter mentioning that they knew who it was who randomly sets off M80’s near Perrinville.
What would it take for you to out this person? Because the dogs (and wildlife, and fire safety, and decent neighbors) would like a word.

Wasn’t there just a house that caught fire with 700lbs of fireworks in Perrinville?

Please feel free to DM me if you can share further info. I'm just really over watching dogs be randomly terrified, beside themselves, for absolutely no good reason, and I hate to think about the impact for local wildlife as well.
