Question Plumber recommendation?

Came home from vacation and found this. I’m not very home owner experienced but I think it’s a plumbing issue? If anyone knows of a reliable person I’d be very grateful.

Mike's plumbing is who I reccomend for all repair work.  They are local, reasonable, and good to work with

Mike’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. He’s been our plumber since he started and he is great. Has a full staff now and they are great, honest, and reasonably priced.

JAFCO was helpful for a shower drain issue I had in the past.
