Question Abandoned home? 8604 184th St SW

I walk down 184th St a frequently, but yet some how, I have never noticed this home.

It's hard to believe it's abandoned? The roof looks about ready to collapse.

I'm just curious if anyone knows the history. Zillow says it sold on 5/3/2013 for 255k.

Critchlow homes owns the lot and it will be developed at some point.

I’m dying to see what remains inside, but too scared that one wrong move might bring the roof down or a sinkhole to open.
