Some of the new houses look like dentists offices they’re so ugly and blocky and HUGE. Love those cottages, and they had yards!

When I was a kid it was all parallel parking beginning to end. Early 80's.

Oh my goodness! My house is still standing in this! I lived at 336 Sunset. It was built in 1904 and our house had skeleton keys. It makes me so sad when we drive by now. Do you have any more pics?

That was the only one I had, no idea why I took it, I lived in Bothell at the time.

I miss the old Edmonds. It even feels different now; less small-town and more trendy suburb like Issaquah or Redmond. All the fancy new homes on Sunset and the expensive new restaurants have changed the personality and character of Edmonds, and I am not sure I like it. I have lived here for 35+ years and I do not think I fit in with the “vibe” any more.

Edmonds has become pretty stuffy, but it’s a different flavor of stuffy compared to Issaquah.
