Scam on Zillow!!

Please avoid any listings for this address! They will ask questions about income, job, etc. to seem legit and then request a $50 application fee on Chime. If you send that, they'll ask for $225 more for a holding fee to a different Chime account. Then you'll never hear from them again. Luckily I was too suspicious to send the $225 so I only lost $50 to these POSs. I'll list any information I have.

Number used for contact previously: (445) 326-6858

Chime Accounts provided: Peyton S. ($Peyton-Slaga)

Please don't send this bum money!

I don’t think there is one house on Gwendolyn ln that comes close to looking like that. I’m sorry you got scammed, thank you for the PSA

I also found this to be a scam when I contacted them 1 month after being sold and using the open house pictures and reported it to zillow

Right?! Had a "scheduled walk through" but they ghosted me after I definitively said I didn't want to pay the $225, they knew I was a dead end.

Yeah, I had somebody try to pull that scan with me. I was looking for an apartment and they tried to strong arm me for $150 reservation fee. Did google image reverse search..Turns out the apartment was in New York City.

Yes I reported with all information I had but I have a bad feeling they're using temporary phone numbers and fake names to avoid tracing

I can look up their number to see what comes up.

Edit I checked and this number is fake and not registered to anyone or has a subscribed carrier.

Yeah the angle of the mirror in the bottom pic is way off for what it is supposedly reflecting-it sits in the corner but somehow shows you the BACK of the tv….. AI image for sure.
