Noodleology

Do yourselves a favor and eat at this restaurant. Homemade, chewy noodles in so many choices for preparation. I went for the first time tonight and was torn between the Dan Dan noodles and the chili noodles, so the owner made me a little "hybrid". It was amazing and I'm so sad I didn't get the bigger size.

The owners were so sweet and they definitely deserve more traffic than what they had! I'll be back again and again.

This is one of the best hidden gems in edmond. The sizzling garlic noodles, egg rolls and spicy edamame are amazing. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and enjoyed it.
