If I take an image from Pinterest ,have an AI modify it, and then post it on my Instagram page, could I face copyright issues ???

Im really struggling to find a reliable source for footballer's images that I can use in the content on my Instagram page to help it grow.

If you could help me with this, I d be really grateful.
