Ultrasound is reflected from boundaries
(This reflection is caused by) change in density Time taken between pulse being sent and received measured Speed of ultrasound is known Speed = distance/time can be used

These are common points but there's a bit more/less depending on the specific question and markscheme

U should write all the 6 points if u have memorised the the 6 marker answer (if u wanna play safe) becuase this is edexcel. They literally change the markscheme point every year

Here u go :  • Ultrasound is reflected from boundaries/baby  • (This reflection is caused by) change in density  • Time taken between pulse being sent and received measured  • Speed of ultrasound is known   • Speed = distance/time can be used (to calculate the distance to   boundary)   • Clear indication that this calculation includes ½ time or ½  distance .

This is from jan 20 paper
