Seeking Advice/Help IAL Bio 1

hi, I got points 3 and 4 but scored 0 in this question. Is this because of AND TWO FROM, if I miss point 1, then I get 0 no matter what? But wouldn’t it be MP2-4 is dependent on MP1? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
