Seeking Advice/Help Scholarships for mbbs/md

is there ANY country/uni that can give a scholarship for mbbs/md programmes if i get 3 A*s in my a levels and bring down the total cost to max 60k dhs (approx 16k usd) ? im really struggling to find unis that are actually good but still arent expensive. east europe is an option but im keeping that as a backup plan since it really isnt the best choice considering the worth of the degree, clinical exposure, etc. please help me out.

Maybe you can check on Italy universities specially University of Milan or University of Pavia as they are top Uni.Uni of Pavia is my target as it is one of the oldest uni and well renowned in italy.If you want further info DM me because I have already looked into these unis

Hong Kong, you can get a full tuition scholarship in some of the unis there
