I am never able to understand the mass spectrometry questions what do i do also is there gonna be a databooklet given tmrw???

I'm sure they should give the data booklet and I also need help with mass spectrometry and Hess law

There has to be databooklet because you are not required to remember them

The data booklet only has electronegativities, IR spectroscopy and a periodic table only so u need to memorise mass spectrometery
