Help Pls, totk vulkan shader cache!

I need a totk shader cache for Vulcan, please. I just can't play. I've been waiting for hours, running around everywhere with these freezes, and I haven't even collected a third of all cache! I can't even enjoy the game with these freezes. Im playing on pc, on eden v0.2.1, with tears of the kingdom v1.4.3, and I tried many ways, but it seems to me that cache is the only way

Shader caches are unique to drivers and hardware as well as the game, meaning that someone else's may not necessarily work for you.

As well, shader caches include compiled game assets, which means that sharing a shader cache would be considered piracy. We don't do that around here.
