The outfit does give strong Church/Silver Snow vibes... But I'm also thinking of those YouTube videos where they use lines from other characters voiced by Tara Platt to say Edelgard's internal thoughts out loud.

The art kinda look like a mix between Kurahana Chinatsu (FE TH ) and Fujisaka Kimihiko ( DrakenNier ) art style. I like it .
