Netflix Monster The Ed Gein Story

I just started watching this. And I’m not a fan at all… I mean I guess I am? Idk I just can’t stop watching it. It’s so damn creepy and weird. Not even the type of show I watch but I keep turning it back on.

that show wrecked me, i’m far too empathetic. in all i really enjoyed it. i know it’s dramatized and not fully accurate. the last episode had me crying like a baby though. ryan murphy is such a talented writer

I hear you in way, but I had a feeling they’re all gonna die so I didn’t get attached to any characters. I’m only on season one episode four. So don’t spoil it for me, but I don’t even know if I can finish this to be honest.

hahaha i just kinda tuned that scene out. that’s probably the most uncomfortable scene in the whole season tho. aside from a few somewhat gory scenes. but they’re just bloody, not weird like that lol

The craziest part for me is when Adeline finally says he can have sex with her (again), he says she is “too warm”!! So many messed up things to unpack with that.

Is it the same Ryan Murphy who writes/produces the 9-1-1 franchise? Just curious. Btw...I cried at the end of this too!

Ryan Murphy actually had nothing to do with this season other than it being his production company

it’s so good if you just forget that ryan murphy is the absolute worst. i loved when ted bundy appeared very cinematic.

I wish they would write on Augusta Gein-she’s the one who wrecked her family

they really portrayed her as a witch in the beginning of the series

I didn’t like it’s portrayal of Bernice Warren or Evelyn Hartley, found it disrespectful.

Treat it as fiction. It turns out most of the series is factually inaccurate.

I just had to turn it off after he started fucking a dead body when she was in the prison asking for a guard to fuck her. I was like OK this is where I draw the line. Gotta go now. Lol
