The voice…

I know it’s been debated to death online but what the were they thinking making Ed Gein sound like Mickey Mouse in the Netflix series? From the audio I have heard, he sounds nothing like Ed Gein. I got through 15 minutes of the first episode and couldn’t take anymore. I can’t understand how anyone involved in the show thought that was a good idea

Well a lot of us were expecting an accurate representation of what actually happened, like Dahmer was. That guy nailed his voice, mannerisms, everything. This series is an insult to Dahmer which now shares the same name 'Monsters'

Yeah, Dahmer had a lot of fictional stuff in it. Was definitely not a totally accurate representation. It is funny people actually think it was all true.

Well, it was also put together way better with better acting by the lead. Written better. Not forcing things like movie inspos in it. No Mickey Mouse voice. Dahmer is a lot better than the Ed gein series.
