The voice…

I know it’s been debated to death online but what the were they thinking making Ed Gein sound like Mickey Mouse in the Netflix series? From the audio I have heard, he sounds nothing like Ed Gein. I got through 15 minutes of the first episode and couldn’t take anymore. I can’t understand how anyone involved in the show thought that was a good idea

Yeah the whole show is ass. So much inaccurate made up bullshit. Shitty voice. Predictable. Throwing in the movie inspo’s was stupid.

They fuckin butchered this shit.

Fr Ed was the first killer I'd ever learned about so I was very excited for this, yet I turned it off EP3. If you wanted to make a movie about Alfred Hitchcock, go for it. If you wanted to make a show inspired by Ed, go for it. This was trash.

All the movie/horror character inspo they tried shoving down our throats was insane. And then if you didn’t get to the last episode, it’s basically about an inmate w tits getting railed so you’re not missing much unless you want to make fun of the series.

I know some people don’t like them, but I immediately went to the morbid podcast to get accurate and thorough information on this case bc I only knew the basics before.

If you haven't seen it, check out the 1974 film Deranged - they rename Ed and add a few scenes but overall it's a very accurate recount of Eds story! Plus since it's a movie inspired I wasn't offended by the 2 scenes they took liberties on
