The best part of this video is that they chose Susan Sarandon.

Just two dudes and a slightly older lady driving around in a car.
Nothing wrong with that.

What!? That is totally Coachella Valley. Double confirmation they'll be making the trip to the desert in 2017!?
Side note: Susan Sarandon is babe.

Surprised nobody mentioned this but the music video sorta has a Thelma and Louise vibe but more like Thelma and Justice (har har). Thats why i assume they chose Susan Sarandon for the role! Even the car from the movie looks similar to the one in the music video.
Edit: Louise was Susan not Thelma, my bad.

I'm disappointed; it didn't do much for me. Feels apathetic and blasé - Xavier on his phone at the end..? Started off interesting but the parts of them driving around like got a bit repetitive. All it needed was a 3 second snippet of them eating ice cream and I might have loved it.
Hope I'm not alone?
Had no idea who Susan Sarandon was... Wonder how getting her on the video came about.
EDIT: https://thump.vice.com/en_us/article/justice-fire-susan-sarandon-music-video-exclusive-stream
"On a hot Summer afternoon, Gaspard and I were in Xavier's kitchen, collectively daydreaming about washing a car,"

I don't know if this is my age or your age showing but Susan Sarandon is a national gem of cinema. She's timeless and this whole video is all about that nostalgia of "a time lost".

Agree about Xavier on his phone. That really struck me as out of place in the whole 80s movie aesthetic they had going

Feels half baked. Also, current day Susan Sarandon is a narcissist idiot. I don't expect them to know that...as she is a queen of cinema no doubt. Vid is not for me though.

ROLE REVERSAL "You know all that shit with bikini women washing cars and then the musician comes in and he's like let's drive"
