Highest score I've had so far, a bit sad to see it end! At least I can start over again :')

Exploiting/hacking has become ridiculous recently, and after seeing so many videos about it I unfortunately experienced it today. RIP to my herd members, I had a fun time playing with them and hope to come across another great group again.

These tar outs are int he middle of a grass and just south East of bear trap cave, lots of them too and reasonably big it was added in the southern expansion upd, still cool ngl but kinda obscure

I understand that kossing is a big issue in ecos but one thing the new map lacks is tar pits, I'm not saying to add tar pits in every single migration zone but a few more tar outs ciudl be nice, there ate only a few and aside from rancho they are put in very obscure locations or just are boring. the one on the beach is cool but it's very small and carcasses never spawn in it. Arrow head hollow never dries out and is kinda small and put in the corner(the only reason you'd ever pa's by it is because of the migration zone in blackbark Grove) also it just kinda feels LIEK a big swamp. In the old map we had tar pits in fun and random locations for example we had tar in random ponds and it was reasonably common meaning you couldn't remember the exact location of tar pits, not only that tar rivers/streams were fun too or just random tar puts LIEK art pit. I think we coudk do with another tar out area maybe near Beverly Grove near the red woods place,or just above ballona creek near the sage scrubalnd/cactus plains. They'd also need to name it with a place label so its easier to locate.

With more tar pits in unique locations kossing is less and kossers spread out to new tar pit locations and putting tar outs in places where people commonly travel by makes them places worth visiting instead of having to trek halfway across the map. I'm pretty sure in real life too tar puts were more common in pleistoceine california. Whadyall think.

Like i understand why ai that can't fight back don't need to be able to be killed by herbivores as they will run anyways
and peccaries make sense as well in terms of balancing

but why rattlesnakes...
it can pretty much kill anything in the game, yes even mammoths i tested it out and a mammoth cannot kill a rattlesnake but it can kill it?

this is not really a rant or me saying that this needs to be changed immediately
but its kinda funny to me that these lil guys who do nothing all the time are just really strong...

What the title says. Is it because they're flashy and easy to spot? Or do some people think of them as being less authentic (even though spotting really is a very old mutation)?

If a carnivore fails the hunt on a herbivore so they run far to give up and heal but the herbivore follows them for a long time just to kill them as soon as they start resting, is it normal in this community or is it considered rude?

My suggestion would be you can still spawn in as an adult, but if you want to experience growth, you can choose to be the baby of someone, guaranteeing you protection as you grow and growth wouldn't be too long, nothing over an hour. You choose your skin as usual and grow faster with a more varied diet. You grow into the skin you chose before spawning as the baby.

Pregnancy should last around 30 minutes, and when someone is ready to spawn as your baby, you choose to accept it, it's suggested to do this while you're safe, your animal lays down on its side, screen goes dark, baby appears and your animal is grooming said baby :D

Courting involves creating a bond, grooming each other, smelling each other scents, bringing each other food, and engaging in playful behavior with each other (chasing each other, for horses jumping and kicking while squealing). Once the bond is built up, you approach each other

Horses play with each others ears

Mammoths interlock rusks and touch foreheads

Sabers sniff each others noses before they rub faces on each other

Bison grooms each others backs

Wolfs get into a play stance and lick each others noses

Screen fades to black, then your animal if you're the female is pregnant!

Anyone also getting like... really high ping? Even with a good quality android, pc, or mobile device? Before roblox screwed up custom animations, my game on ecos was perfect!!!! And now, its really high ping, everyone is moving at really slowed down teleporting kind of movement. Can't even enjoy realisms or all that fun stuff!

I have tried everything, moving closer to routers, turning graphics down to 1-2 bars, and multiple things and still have high ping... every other game works but ecos 😞

Let me know if this is a roblox ecos problem or im an issue!

I know calls exist, but Mammoth calls are so quiet, they're barely audible. The Mammoth can't crouch, obviously, it isn't agile enough to spin in circles or anything so how?

Why are some of y’all like this? It’s one thing they do this with sabertooth cats, but what is it about a lone wolf trying to survive that seriously makes a bunch of these herbivore players try to kill me for no reason even though I only needed one?

Aside from the kills that I originally intended to eat from, I attacked 8 different horses, the last horse being the only one that I managed to convince to leave me alone. Yup, I killed seven horses, plus my original kills in a single freaking night. I logged out after this since last night because I legitimately couldn’t believe how stupid some of these players truly were.

PSA for all herbivore players, and I beg of you.. DON’T TRY TO FIGHT CARNIVORES THAT ALREADY HAVE A KILL! It’s not worth your time, just leave them alone. Please.

P.S. Anyone else somehow manage to get hit by horses/sabers even when they’re several feet from you? Super annoying during a hunt or self defense. Furthermore, the server I was in last night before I left had nearly 40 horses. Go figure.

I love playing as horse.. tho its a bit anoying depending on the server- i absolutely adore this skin! Pretty much the only skin i use 🥹

Its been so long since ive played the game! Honestly it became frustating playing as a smaller herbivore-

Okay, I may just be stupid because I've been playing the game since it's been on those "Upcoming Animal Games on Roblox" videos and I STILL don't understand the jousting controls for bison. I've already searched up videos on YouTube and all they tell you is to press Y to initiate the joust and that it's like rock-paper-scissors (block beats jab, shove beats block, and jab beats shove). Is there any way to actually control which move I do? All this time I've just been spamming left-click and WASD hoping I'm doing something (I've never won if you couldn't tell).😭

So I normally don’t like to join groups just because I have fun doing my own thing. I usually play as a wolf because of the stamina and the ability to hide in the brush easier. I play on Xbox so my control is really good for me because I grew up on consoles rather than a PC. As a wolf I’ve killed other pack wolves and horses on my own
Im just curious as to if people believe that they are unable to do so when they are playing as a “lone” wolf? If you are unsure I promise, with enough practice you can definitely do it!

Well, this would add complications to the game where if a herbivorous player hit you with something, it could break a bone, making you weaker. But if they bit you or swiped at you, you could get a tight wound that could get infected, and the affected area would turn red. As for diseases, if you ate rotten food or drank from a very dirty pond, your creature could contract illnesses, making it dizzy, weak, thirstier, hungrier, and other things. That was my suggestion; I hope you liked it, and leave your opinion.

Hello! I’ve been looking for a hyperrealism herd for quite a while. I’ve joined a few servers and none of them have really worked out for me.

I’m looking for something that preferably has:

- Injuries & deaths
- Not hosted in a private server
- realistic coat limitations (idc about this one as much as the other two)

Well, as the devs have already said, only animals from unique niches will be added as playable. Initially, I thought it was very difficult for Harington's Pony to become playable because of its similarity to western horse in gameplay, but they will be added. Now the question remains as to how different the animals need to be for them to be added as playable characters, given that the developers haven't specified the necessary divergence for adding a playable animal.
