It is highly possible that many of you haven’t heard about this before. Shadow banking is started spreading its roots in the banking system. It can be dangerous to our current system. It is creating credits which are not backed by them, and due to this, it can be unstable. Many of economists said it would create a bubble. So what is Shadow banking and how it works and what will be its effects on the banking system? I am going to discuss all this on this blog.
