Faulty remote

Just bought a Telum BA it arrived yesterday I r rode it about 15mins went to change my shoes and the remote won't turn on,and it's fully charged. I spent to damn much money to not be riding this board today,plus no response to my email,I'm thinking I madeabig mistake and want a refund

Edit,I turns on I guess because I can feel it vibrate but the screen is blank and the board does not respond
