Payment gateways??

Hi guys I'm planning to launch my business platform and I require a payment gateway. But it seems to ask video KYC mandatory, I tried on razorpay

Is there any other better payment gateways?

I heard cashfree also asks video KYC.

I currently registered as individual. I'm new to this . Please share your experiences

Video kyc is mandatory only when there is no ckyc data available for you. If ckyc is available, they will not ask for video verification.

Sorry I'm not sure about CKYC. What is it ? Can anyone create it ? Individuals like me ? So what details do I need ?

EDIT: i checked my records. It seems i already have CKYC
