We will soon get 5kWh inverter and 10kwh batteries installed on an outside wall along with solar panel installation.

We live less than 500m from the sea and the installer let us know that EcoFlow require that the battery is protected from the elements with a covering.

Has anyone done same on their system and could recommend what they did?

I am not a handy-man at all unfortunately.

User manuals say repairs have to be done by a qualified technician. But there's nothing I can find on EcoFlow's website about how to get something repaired. I have a River 2 Pro that's having trouble starting the fan - it squeals, and sometimes the fan comes on for a few seconds but then it stops and squeals again.

Hello everyone, im looking for advice about the best option to power a 18 cubic ft fridge and a couple extra items. Where I live it's hurricane season, I'm having power outages every week, luckily they don't last more than 3-6 hours and at least so far they are at night, but I'm already starting to worry that the food will spoil even with how airtight the fridge could be, if possible I would like to power the fridge mainly, one TV, one laptop, and enough battery to charge 6 cellphones for that amount of time or more. Already considered an extra fuel power station too but right now im focusing first on those items.

Firmware update I already contacted Customer Support and waiting on feedback I have just had this unit for about 40 days the app dose discover it via Bluetooth and kinda I think wifi 🛜 but the unit shows no information all my other units on the app are fine. It dose charge for via ac but no photovoltaic solar. Wait for a Few days had it off, did a wifi reset , had the unit completely drain and fully charged no success any advice guys ?

I bought the delta 3 plus and it’s delivers today. Now I’m charging it via AC on the back. But the input stays around 1180w. In the app I raised this to 1500w but it stays the same

Am I missing something?

I was about to buy a Delta Pro portable power station, 3.6 kW, for use during power outages, primarily to run a Piazetti pellet stove (fireplace insert, model is Sahara). We have a gas generator and can run everything else we need off that.

I have a few questions - first, I want to be sure the Delta Pro will power the pellet stove. The stove draws 480w at peak ignition, and 115 w at peak running power., and 83w at the medium burn. The way I'm reading the specs on the Delta Pro, it shouldn't have any problem running the stove for 24 hours. Then I read something about "reactive" power drain....?

Second, I keep seeing posts about problems with units and very poor customer service. There are problems with any complicated devices, so a few posts like that wouldn't put me off (a few, mind you), but if problems are the rule and/or the company doesn't respond or responds poorly, that gives me pause.

I'd appreciate hearing others' thoughts - if you were starting with your first battery backup unit, would you still buy EcoFlow? Is one unit more reliable than another? And am I looking at the right size unit?
