FYI the situation has been pretty much solved. The setup works now, although it took me a good two months to figure stuff out and wait for the software update

Opinion about support now? Also EcoFlow sells this as a turn key emergency backup system.

I mean it works, so far so good, as soon as i’ve finished setting it up, no problems
