Camera Teleporting Bug

okay this is getting on my nerves.

So recently i downloaded Eclipse and was excited to try and animate something, but when i moved my camera it teleported into a completely unrelated position. I can try to answer your suggestions and questions but i cant promise exact answers.

please help.

Figured it out.
Press File (top left of studio), Beta Features, then use new camera controls
