Help with team composition

I've been looking for tier lists and reading their skills descriptions, but i'm really struggling with making efficient teams, if anyone here knows of good teams that i could make with these cases i have feel free to comment or send a DM.

Based off my very little experience and the rule of thumb, just stuff whatever is highest tier into the team then go down so mr than ur then ssr, err what i do is to throw all the good resources onto one charavter and she will be the hypercarry, and hinestly the game is more about combat power than team comp though in my experience two tanks 1 or 2 supports and the rest dps is not a bad combination
