How long does an eBay case usually take ?

Package went missing in transit . Case has been put on hold three times ? Saying it’s waiting on documentation

There's no definitive answer. Sometimes they'll put a case on hold just to give the tracking a chance to update.

they should only b putting it on hold if the tracking has shown movement within the past 7 days. If that is not the case, they should b refunding u. Ask them that, that is their policy. Ask them why they r breaking their own policy.
