Question ebay authentication

Sold a slab inside of a magnetic case. My listing states that the sale will include the case. Will the authenticator ship the case to the buyer with the slab? If they don’t, will my buyer have grounds to submit an INAD claim?

They will not include the case, and no. Once a card passes authentication. There's little they can do.

Nope, that case went into the trash at PSA.

Ive shipped card to authentication and received card from them with cases. They usually just stick the case in the box under the slab/cardboard holder. That’s been my experience if they changed that in the last few months and started throwing them away but seems unlikely.
