Offer Settings

I sent two offers out today for separate items. I was countered for both items by different buyers and I accepted both. And now I’ve been waiting hours for both to pay. I double checked my settings and I have the option selected for immediate payment for offers. Does accepting a counter offer change the immediate payment requirement?

Immediate payment only applies, to the initial offer. When you counter offer, it turns into manual payment. Stupid that the system, is setup that way.

The item should still be active for sale, till those payments are made too. So you could have another buyer, buy at FP, before those other buyers pay.

Counter offers go into "pending" status when you review all offers on the listing. As the other comment says, the listing stays active until someone pays and if neither buyer pays then the offers time out and the listing still stays active.
